A bit about Connie:
Connie Pastorius is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and is certified through ACSM as an exercise physiologist.
For the past 10 years she has owned and operated private fitness companies (and a bakery!) in both Pittsburgh & NYC. In 2016, she expanded her presence online, founding conniepastorius.com which is an online personal coaching & training business that helps busy mamas become the best version of themselves through realistic nutrition and fitness, as well as a practical approach to lifestyle habits through her Strong as a Mother Signature Coaching Program.
Connie is also a 500RT certified Yoga teacher having completed her training in the birthplace of Yoga, India, in 2015.
Outside of fitness she suffers from severe wanderlust, often combining her love of travel and fitness together (including running a marathon on the Great Wall of China).
