“I contacted Connie when I returned from living in South Korea for two years, where my husband was stationed in the military. I felt lost, and found myself struggling as I depended on others (and food) for my happiness. Connie listened intently and without judgement, and guided me through healthy, positive changes. She celebrated even the smallest of victories with me along the way. Her devotion to my success led me to a life of self-love that I can now share with and pass on to my children.”

I’m Connie Pastorius and I have a question for you:

How would you like to be empowered by the health and happiness you deserve?

Would you like to love yourself and your body?

Would you like to have a healthy relationship with food?

Have you spent money you don't have on programs, cleanses, and quick-fixes that didn't work?

Are you ready to be in better shape than you ever have been? Soon.

It’s possible. Really. It can be done. It has been done. And you can do it, too.

But right now, you find it hard to find the right program for yourself. With balancing work and motherhood, plus the high cost of living these days, you can't afford to waste another dollar or minute on empty promises and dumb diets.  But what about life -- as it was meant to be lived?

I can help because I know you aren’t here for some random exercise and diet tips. (That’s what Pinterest is for.) You are here for a solution.

Sound familiar? Do You want to stop feeling like life has taken you hostage. You realize it’s time to change that, but you’re nervous. You know you need to start working out again but wonder what is involved.

Your questions include:

>>>>> Do I need to give up chocolate and alcohol and coffee?

>>>>> Do I have to eat only chicken and rice for the rest of my life?

>>>>> There is SO much information out there. What do I follow?

My Story And How It Can Help You

Consider allowing me to become your guide on your health and fitness. I’m Connie Pastorius. And I’m a lot like you. I’ve had my struggles.

I grew up not-so-fit in middle-class suburbia in Pittsburgh.  At one point after high school I decided to take my health into my own hands and started taking little runs (like 1/4 mile) around my neighborhood with my dog Blue. I discovered on-demand TV workouts, 15 minute yoga, and fell so hard in love with fitness that I ended studying Health and Physical Activity at university and became certified in Yoga. The idea was to teach others how to change from being TV-addicted, chronic pain suffering, members of fast food nation into healthy, happy, medication-free men and women. I also achieved certifications in the TRX training system and became an Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. With all of my credentials, I went into the world and worked as a Yoga instructor, personal trainer and health center manager for several years.

But living healthy all the time is so hard, right?!

No, not really. What alot of people don't understand is that they've been conditioned to think that you need to spend tons of money and hours in the gym to get what you want.  My programs offer the best of health coaching in a way that helps you become your best self, once and for all.

And there are many misconceptions about what a "fit life" really is. You may think that it's wearing the most expensive leggings and drinking kale smoothies, but there's so much more to life than being on a weird diet all the time.

I am a no-bullshit, nurturing trainer who integrates healthy habits, evidence-based behavior-change methods and  yoga philosophy into daily life.

“I started working with Connie to improve my heart health and gain muscle strength.

Her expertise, persistence, and awesome sense of humor kept me focused and on-track.

Because of that I never wanted to miss a session.  She knew just how to push me to get

stronger, but respected my limitations and prioritized my safety.”

Why Online Coaching Is The  Answer
  1. Cost
Training with me in person is $75 per hour. Train with me three times week and we are talking $900 a month. That’s a lot of money. For much less than than that that, you can invest in yourself by purchasing my top online package: a full 3 months of custom workouts, nutritional consultations, and skype calls, all in addition to text and email support.

  2. Time Management
There are only a certain number of 6:00 am time slots available to my in-person clients. 5:30 pm? Yep, the same thing. Wouldn’t it be much easier if you chose when you to exercise? Why not work out when you have the time, not when your trainer’s schedule dictates.

  3. Expertise
Not to be immodest, but I’m not a beginner. After spending a decade in the fitness industry, I happen to know more and get better results than other trainers.
